” I just wanted to say thank you for my new teeth. They are so comfortable, so much so, I went out for lunch the same day and enjoyed every bite with no problem.
I am a very happy lady, smiling without fear of them dropping down. ”
"Just a few words to say thank you for the care and attention you’ve provided over the past twelve months"
” Following a recommendation from a friend, I consulted you and after some discussion you proposed a course of treatment to fit crowns and bridges. The end result has been a smile without gaps or plates and increased confidence in face to face contact. However, what really helped was the calm manner in which you carried out the work and the confidence that that inspired.
I always think it important to let someone know when they’ve done a good job and that is why I’m writing to you. ”
I have been so impressed by the politeness and friendliness of the staff in the practice
” From the moment I phoned, to the nurse in the surgery and the receptionists. I have been so impressed by the politeness and friendliness of the staff in the practice. ”
Thank you so much for all your hard work and efforts with my teeth
“Thank you so much for all your hard work and efforts with my teeth. I’m absolutely made up with my crowns. They look amazing! I promise Ill look after them! Thank you again”
Your Dental expertise, goes without saying, but is for your personal qualities that I am really grateful
“Your Dental expertise, goes without saying, but is for your personal qualities that I am really grateful – I feel i’m a specialist on dentists qualities, after a lifetime of experience!
Most important, your kind and reassuring manner was very calming. Having implants is going into the unknown and induces trepidation and a degree of anxiety. You pre-empted all of these by your patience in answering many (often repeated) questions with clear, ‘layman’ explanation and descriptions. You even apologised for the unavoidable – viz injections into the roof of the mouth!
I described the final product as a superb piece of engineering – involving as it did, x-rays, scans, measurements, positioning etc, all to be interpreted and assembled, by a distant technician who never had a glimpse of the real-life situation.”
