This is a challenging time for all of us, and we want to reassure you and your families that we are taking all necessary steps to comply with Government advice. Our priority is the safety of our patients and the team at St. Pauls Dental Care.
Following advice, we have had to make the decision to suspend all appointments from 23rd March 2020, until Government advice changes. The Governmental guidance is changing rapidly on a day by day basis so we will have to react accordingly.
We are always happy to liaise regarding your dental care in these difficult times. For general queries, we would be grateful if you could email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as we are able. For emergencies only, please telephone us on 07787 341410 between 9am and 1pm. Please do not leave answerphone messages on our main telephone (01704 533686) as they may not be picked up until we re-open.
A dentist will be available for telephone conversations and advice in our emergency working hours. The outcome will be advice, painkillers, possible antibiotics or a referral via a Local Urgent Dental Care system only.
If you have an appointment booked with us in the next few weeks, expect a phone call from us postponing it for what we all hope will only be a fairly short period.
Some of you will already be isolating due to age, health issues or exposure to Coronavirus, and the news that we are not expecting you to come out for your appointment may be a relief to you.
Thank you for your patience and support as we navigate the coming weeks together.
